Commercial Cleaning

We offer a wide range of cleaning facilities to offices, shops, warehouses, schools, care homes, hospices, hospitals; in fact, just about any commercial premises you can think of. All of our services are tailored to the requirements of the individual client, whether large or small, daily, weekly or one-off we approach the work in the same way; discussing your requirements, suggesting the best methods of meeting your standards and implementing an agreed plan of action. Services can be supplied at times to suit your particular requirements and minimise disruptions, our aim is to take this aspect of your responsibilities out of your daily thinking and provide an invisible service where the work is simply done without the need for your day-to-day input.
Security and safety are key to all businesses - thus all of our staff are fully briefed on health & safety issues, we are fully COSHH compliant and our staff can be CRB checked to an appropriate level if required.
Our staff are uniformed and carry photo identity passes to make security checks easy. We believe training, supervision and correct equipment to be the key areas to successful cleaning and thus high attention is given to all three at the outset and are ongoing.

Once we have been awarded a contract, we do not simply sit back and await the next tender period, from the outset our management team, constructs in conjunction with our client an action plan to bring standards up, to maintain them and have regular meetings with the clients' nominated contact to ensure standards are met and to discuss and resolve any issues that arise.
Our most popular service is the regular or contract clean. This is a flexible service where you can pick and choose from a variety of functions to suit exactly your requirements, for example:
- Office Clean, a general clean that takes in desks, carpets, dusting, hard floor mopping down, conference desk polishing, plant watering, blind dusting/wiping, phone cleaning/dusting. Can also include confidential paper/ shredded paper disposal. This service can also include regular internal and external window cleans. All of our cleaning contracts are inclusive of the supply of cleaning materials and equipment, the price quoted for the service is what you pay, not plus this or that.
- Consumables, rather than adding to your busy schedule you can leave the ordering and delivery of consumables such as toilet rolls and paper towels to us.
- Kitchen Clean, this includes mopping/cleaning floors, wiping walls, work-surfaces and fixtures, and can include washing up and maintaining cups and utensils.
- Washroom clean, keeping your washrooms to the standard you, your staff and your customers expect and including floor wash, WC cleanse, basin wash, wall wipe, mirror cleanse, and can include replacement of toilet paper, paper towels, hand-towels wash, and vending machine refills.
- Spring or Deep Cleans, these provide the cleaning that are not required every day but can make a huge difference every so often, such as full lighting cleans, curtain cleans, window cleans, extractor/vent deep cleansings, full carpet washes. They are also useful at the start or end of occupancy, following building work or (hopefully not) following a period of sub-standard cleaning from a previous contractor.
